PRC REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING APPLICATION
The schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for Elementary and Secondary level exams will be announced once results are out online.
The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS). https://online.prc.gov.ph/
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
LET board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online through https://online.prc.gov.ph/
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
- Notice of Admission (for identification only);
- Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- Two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background, ear not hidden and complete nametag);
- two sets of documentary stamps;
- 1 piece short brown envelope.

FULL RESULTS: September 2021 LET PASSERS | ELEMENTARY & SECONDARY
As announced, 4,883 elementary teachers out of 8,726 examinees (55.96%) and 10,318 secondary teachers out of 17,863 examinees (57.76%) successfully passed the LET.
PRC conducted the First Batch of LET board exam during the COVID-19 pandemic on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in at least 26 testing centers nationwide.
This is in accordance to Resolution No. 1363 to "divide the examinees into batches in order to comply with the established health protocols." As announced, there are more or less 170,000 examinees for LET 2021 after previous postponements due to the pandemic. The second to fourth batches of licensure exams will be held in 2022.
Meanwhile, LET in Manila, Butuan, Lucena City and Romblon were postponed and will be rescheduled as per recommendation by the Department of Health and in accordance with the Inter-Agency Task Force of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) rules and protocols on COVID-19, and pursuant to the directives of the concerned Local Government Units.

4TH QUARTER SLM - OFFICIAL REFERENCE OF DEPEDTV
This post is a compilation of DepEd self learning modules for High School – DepEd SLM for quarter 4, school year 2020-2021. According to Mr. Sy, Head of ICTS-ETU, these modules are the ones to be used by DepEd TV.
